PROFESSIONAL SNAGGING SURVEY
This is a highly detailed and thorough review of your home, written in accordance with the standard and technical specification of your warranty provider, to highlight areas for improvement in your new-build home and areas that do not comply with the standards required. We make sure we check all areas of your home; from plumbing and electrical testing to visual inspections of standards and finish. A full photographic and annotated report, with time stamped images, is then provided electronically within 2 working days of completion.

We Snag Any House is a professional snagging company based in London which inspects properties throughout the East Midlands, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire , Central London and the Greater London area. We issue our snagging reports within two days of inspecting your homes highlighting issues in a comprehensive photographic report in order for your developer to act on.  Our customers are prominently private home buyers and private investors and London property investment companies . Our surveyors are ex-Senior Customer Service/Care Managers for Major PLC's and know exactly what developers allow and challenge. We know all the NHBC standards developers are duty bound to put right in first two year warranty period. All our inspectors are qualified with degrees in Construction and all are Incorporated Members of the Chartered Institute of Building(ICIOB) as a minimum. Most have been site managers also. The first two months are crucial to get all your snags identified and logged on the system. You as customers have something called the HBF survey in your hands and it is not uncommon that we get several thousand pounds worth of snags corrected during that period. Developers will get these snags completed as they are keen for positive feedback especially if they are large developers like Persimmon, Bloors, Barrats, David Wilson, Bellway, Morris, Bovis etc. The HBF survey comes out within 8 weeks after completion. They will be very keen to complete our snag list for  positive feedback which is greatly beneficial to them. However if you have missed the 2 month survey period and are  still keen to identify your snags and get them completed before your warranty period expires we are still in your corner. Our MD speaks the same language as all the major PLC's and will fight your corner until the snags are completed.

END OF WARRANTY INSPECTIONS
Imperative to get it to the developer at least 2 weeks before warranty expires.
We will carry out a review of your home before your builder’s warranty expires, to highlight any defects that have occurred since occupation that may not have been obvious at first. A full photographic and annotated report, with time stamped images, is provided electronically within 48 hours of completion.
