New-Build Snagging Inspection
A comprehensive review of internal finishes, fixtures, fittings, and build quality. We provide a detailed photographic snag list that you can present directly to your builder.
Thermal Imaging Survey
Using thermal cameras, we check insulation performance and heat loss areas your builder may overlook. This is especially useful for energy efficiency and comfort assurance.

Pre-Handover & Post-Completion Inspections
Whether before keys are collected or after you’ve moved in, we ensure your property is inspected at the right time to maximise builder accountability.

End-of-Warranty Inspections
Inspection before your warranty expires ensures any latent defects are identified and documented while coverage is still valid.

END OF WARRANTY INSPECTIONS
Imperative to get it to the developer at least 2 weeks before warranty expires.
We will carry out a review of your home before your builder’s warranty expires, to highlight any defects that have occurred since occupation that may not have been obvious at first. A full photographic and annotated report, with time stamped images, is provided electronically within 48 hours of completion.
